I can imagine this will not end well after the first “intervention”. I am sure the USG will somehow find the resources to confront these folks and try to force them to stand down instead of doing their jobs.
I know we have to do SOMETHING and kudos to them for being willing to do it.
The ones who need to be in front are Jan Brewer and Rick Perry. A declaration of a state emergency and a national guard call up would be a good move.
Rick wants to run for prez so he better use this as a decisive moment.

If the gummint confronts the militia and by whatever means (and it’ll probably be the threat of violence of some kind), neutralizes the situation, would that not prove an armed presence WILL be effective in patrolling the border ?
Obama wants someone, somewhere to do something he can use as an excuse to declare martial law, or just confiscate legal weapons, or just slaughter some people like Clinton and Reno did in Waco.
This is all abput getting rid of Perry as a candidate for 2016. Obama is just doing his job.
I wonder what the cost of a private fence across the private property would be? Certainly too much for the owners themselves, but I’m thinking that 200 yards of concertina wire (depth), with a normal fence to keep out the livestock, would be a good start.
What’s a “small war” to odumbo when it comes? The end result is what counts and it seems he DOES have the upper hand right now. Perhaps there is need for more armed militias and soon, if we are to save this once great country. My bet is when the first shot is fired by EITHER side, martial law will be the order of the day.

The central government is losing control.
When people start setting up their own self defense and policing forces (assuming this isn’t a false flag) because the government can’t or won’t do it, they start thinking themselves as separate of the supposed controlling authority.
If you read up on COIN tactics, one of the ways that insurgents gain control is that they start providing services that the population needs or wants but the nominal authorities are not providing. Over time that is the most effective way to usurp a state. You simply take over.
I know that people in the Fedgov have read the same political science books I have. They are aware of what is starting to happen, and that we may wake up soon to 11 different countries in the old USA. My fear is that they will send troops in to force their will.
I keep many of my thoughts to myself I have a wish list of bad things for many Politicians.

The militia needs to send squads into Mexico to derail the trains.
The battle must be taken to the enemy.
