The Middle East Research Institute (MEMRI) has uncovered a tweet containing a photo of Army Sgt. Bowe Bergdahl standing and smiling with a Taliban commander.
Bergdahl became the center of intense media scrutiny when stories of his desertion and sympathy for the Taliban dominated news that Obama had traded five Gitmo prisoners for his release on May 31.
According to Fox News, the photo MEMRI found is "an undated photo" showing "an apparently happy Bergdahl posing with Taliban Commander Badruddin Haqqani."

We all know what he did before falling into the hands of the Taliban which is already enough to stand him up against a wall with a blindfold and a last request ...

I am not a defender of deserter Bergdahl, but saying he’s “happy” looks like a stretch to me. While his lips may be pulled into a “smile”, his brow is furrowed and his eyes aren’t smiling at all. The other guy looks like he’s just had his way with BB.
He looks thin and scared to me.

The usual didactic expression of an Islamic cleric/ expounder of ideology is to point the finger upward, as if to say “BIG POINT HERE”.
Now, maybe, this signal is... “LITTLE POINT HERE”.
Or
“I can’t make a big point here, lemme make a little one, this dude with me is a little playa in a bigger scheme”.
Pray for our heroes who lost life and limb because of this guy. Those harmed are having a very difficult time dealing with this. It has dredged up memories most don’t want. Those who served with him want him dead and they want him to pay like they have. Imagine your life ruined, body parts lost, career over because the ballerina couldn’t hack it in war and decided to go native.
