Another publicity misstep for the cronies in the corrupt MS-GOPe bunch. They sure love shooting themselves in their collective feet.

Joe Nosef is Haley Barbour's lawyer.

The GOP establishment can't see the forest for the trees. In their determination to save at all costs one RINO who should have decided to retire they may antagonize enough conservatives in other states as to throw away a good chance to regain the Senate, which could make Obama's life much more difficult in 2015 and 2016.

The story of the next two years may be civil wars in both parties--between the Establishment/Wall Street wing of the Republican Party and the conservative/Tea Party wing, and between the Clintonistas and the Obama loyalists in the Democratic Party.

The corrupt GOP establishment will be the reason Democrats keep the Senate. Of course, they are no better than Democrats so it really doesn’t matter.

On July 5th, Chris McDaniel called the June 24th run-off election, “Clearly the most unethical election in the history of this state…and might…and might…very well be the most illegal election in the history of this state.”

Earlier today, Chris McDaniel sent out an email begging for money. It contains an extraordinary sentence: “If we find that any illegal activity occurred, we must hold them accountable.”

If?

So there it is. Chris McDaniel admits he has no evidence of illegal activity. But send money anyway! He’s got lots of campaign debt to pay.

I don’t think this punk knows who he is dealing with. McDaniel appears to have a spine of steel and True the Vote has gone up against much tougher opposition than this Barbour rent-a-thug.

......in Travis County (Austin)this type of civil lawsuit by a GOPe entity vs a Republican entity (True the Vote)would be decided waaayyy in advance of any hearings and “the law” would have nothing to do with nothing! Pure corrupt politics (Earle vs Delay) would decide who won and who lost. Simple as that. Statutes like this, indeed most, are purposefully written by legislator lawyers so as to maximize litigation (fees) and so that the ultimate outcome can be decided any way the political power in place at any given time wants it to be decided. Courtrooms are a mere TV set and only applicable to non political “stuff” which is precious little.

Let us remember, and I think we just need to be more aware of this fact, it is not just the Dims that are our mortal enemy.

Anyone who still thinks that the GOP is going to kick ass in November might want to lighten up on the recreational “medical” marijuana. The GOP is going to get clobbered.

That gives True The Vote discovery (right to subpoena for all records relating to the allegations.)

Is that a fact?

The GOP is going to get clobbered.

The only chance for Consitutional conservatives one day to gain control of a major party. But by then, it'll probably be way too late to save the Republic.

Nasty bunch of vipers, aren’t they?

Now....someone was going to point out why the world as we know it will end if the gop faction of the uniparty doesn’t win in November? Because they’re so much better than the ‘rats?

It’s a nice, big, chummy, uniparty.

Let them come. Document discovery will be a nightmare for the NRSC
and the MS GOP Party. We will find out the details of how that money
Mitch McConnell raised was spent. We will find out where the money was spent from the NRCC. Discovery will be very bad news for the GOPe’s.
Bring it on.

Well, the League of Defenders of Endangered RINOs has made an appearance to spread some more FUD (Fear, Uncertainty and Doubt).

I don’t think your FUD strategy is going to work with FReepers who are COMPLETELY fed up with the GOPe RINOs and their despicable DemocRAT Lite strategies.

Oh Lord, they were scraping the bottom of the barrel a month ago. They’ve already dug out the bottom of barrel and are in the dirt underneath at this point.

I live in North Carolina, and have already decided to sit out Tillis v. Hagan.
