It’s a shame he’ll do his time at a federal country club facility rather than Angola.

Now they need to prosecute him for being complicit in the murders-by-cop of so many people after Katrina.

But remember, the aftermath of Katrina was Bush’s fault. The. President should have predicted the total collapse of the state and local juntas.

3rd paragraph from the Slimes. Article is probably on page A17.

Fact that they even printed it means everyone in management is probably on vacation.

Mr. Nagin had come into office in 2002 as a reformer from the business world and a foe of cronyism

He should be executed for condoning the taking (confiscation by police) of personal firearms of citizens during a complete disaster. To me that is a death penalty offense.

Now only if we could stuff Kanye West in there with him.

One of the biggest - and most hurtful - lies in American political history is that W did nothing. W begged Landieu and Blanco to let him in days before landfall to help but they refused out of politics and 1300+ Americans needlessly died.

Slow Karma, but I’ll take it.

He left the blame for Katrina at Bush’s feet. He got what he deserved.
