And the DoJ, as if an after thought, simply says ... You (that is, The People) ain’t got no standing before the Court - any Court.

No doubt the DOJ can assert that Americans who are exposed to contagious diseases as a result of this massive criminality have no standing to object. This is sick.

But the broader point is that the Government has a duty to secure the borders. Why? To protect the people. And if the Government abandons its Constitutional duty, all citizens have the right to request the Courts to step in where the Government fails.
