We the People plead with the Federal Courts to stop the ongoing criminal conduct of the Obama Administration.
The Federal Courts have acted in the past, when Congress could not act, or would not act, to protect the civil rights and safety of Americans.

We the People are pleading with the Federal Courts to Deputize as many U.S. Marshalls as is necessary to deploy along the Southern Border, and to halt all illegal immigration. We request that these U.S. Marshalls be empowered to judge the competency of DHS employees who are tasked with Border Security. Those who appear to be unable, or unwilling to perform their duties should be immediately suspended, stripped of their Law Enforcement powers, relieved of their badges and guns, and placed on Administrative Leave until such time as a hearing can be held to properly evaluate the suspension.
We ask the Courts further to transfer the task of apprehending and expediting the deportations of all persons already illegally in this nation to the U.S. Marshalls, and prosecutions as necessary of all other illegal aliens who are involved in other criminal acts against our citizens.
We ask the Federal Courts to arm the U.S. Marshalls, and authorize them to use deadly force the protect the citizens and property of our citizens along the border from further acts of terror and intimidation from criminal gangs.

The truth of it is that I am not opposed to legal immigration. This is not what is happening along our Southern Borders. It is quite literally an invasion.

But the broader point is that the Government has a duty to secure the borders. Why? To protect the people. And if the Government abandons its Constitutional duty, all citizens have the right to request the Courts to step in where the Government fails.
I do not believe that the obamanation will consider any federal courts ruling against him and will continue to over run and abuse his office with the help of the evil left. This country has become a tyranny of the left and all enemies of the obamanation will be destroyed as his riot police and armed agents of change begin to destroy conservatives. He is a murderer and will not stop at a federal order from the justices of any court and his slave holder will back him.

We, the voters, have been neutered by judges, our votes mean nothing when one judge, one person out of many, can overturn our decision. Newt Gingrich had it right when he was campaigning and said he would simply withhold funding to the 9th circuit.
When it comes to voter id, voter fraud or immigration, it is almost always a judge that makes the law.
Back in 1994, California voted for proposition 187, it passed 58.93% to 41.07%.

Los Angeles was the first city to become a sanctuary city, other California cities followed. After the failure of Prop 187, Californians fled in such numbers that the demographics changed dramatically to the point that many of our schools are near 100 percent English learners.
Our governor, Jerry Brown, recently stated that with the change in demographics of California, he can accomplish much more of his agenda. This is a guy that did an op-ed saying that there are not enough jobs for every American, that manufacturing was dead and that we should all be given enough money to cover our cost of living, housing, utilities, travel... everything. And if we were to get a job, hey, well, that would just be icing on the cake.
Obama is planting this seed all over the U.S. with his children and amnesty. There won’t be anything anyone can do about it.

most of the republican party. Our last hope is the ballot
box and they outright stole the 2012 election. You’ll know
the game is rigged when they nominate the only republican candidate
who could loose, like a McCain or Romney.
In this case with the latinoid bum rush on the border, the
only people who are going to go to jail are the ones who are going
to try to stop it.
Oh, by the way, nothing is going to be done to the the Obama because
he’s black and we will have to listen to his
yap and lies for the rest of our lives. For the rest of his
life he will be a scourge to this nation, undermining it
any way he can until it is defeated, divided up and redistributed
to the rest of the “more deserving” world.
People don’t understand, Obama doesn’t think America
should exist. at all and he will not stop until it is
in ruins.

we need to make those on the left to stop dictating the terms of the playing field. they’re the ones that changed ‘pro-abortion’ to ‘pro-choice’ because it sounds friendlier.
so we need to do the same.
change ‘anti-immigration’ to ‘anti-invasion’. it’s more accurate and sounds better (’pro-law’ or ‘pro-legal-immigration’ prolly wouldn’t fly)
