Find a legal way to do it without destroying the Constitution. I agree it’s not a suicide pact, but it is the most precious document our forefathers handed down to us. There are ways within the law and within the powers of the state governors to handle the minor children situation.

I’m sure we can trust Obama and Attorney General Eric Holder to do that, don’t you?

In case you haven’t noticed, the invasion is here and now. The courts are less than worthless at this time. Action is required.

There won’t be a constitution if our borders continue to be invaded
because there won’t be a country.

What part of that do you not understand?

I agree, but don’t do the same thing over and over and expect a different outcome. We’re smart enough to figure out a way that they can be returned without intervention from the Federal government. Fly them all home. If each state moved to return “those poor lost children to their homes” who could say they were wrong?

I did no know that the governor of Arizona also had that authority. That’s for the information.

The president and the ag, aided and abetted by the congress and the courts are the instigators, leaders and enablers of the invasion.

Texas is a sovereign state..

Dude, they used to be a Republic. They can, again, be a sovereign nation if they wanted to.

I understand that we are in the fight of our lives with the liberal who are trying to destroy our Constitution, and I don’t think we have to destroy it ourselves to fix this problem.

I agree, so why don’t we figure out a way to get this done without trashing what is msst precious. I think every one of those kids could be flown to their home in one day if it was coordinated. Not only that but even the UN couldn’t say there was anything wrong with returning poor exploited children to the safety of their home country.

It is hard to comprehend why she, Perry and Martinez don’t all act, not only by mobilizing armed force but also by taking many other steps that don’t violate the preemption of federal law that Arizona lost on. There are many such measures, including the licensing exemption in the federal law.

And, those allowing this invasion should be charged as accomplices if any terrorist acts or crimminal acts are committed by the border crossers.

Perry is bought and paid for by the GOPe.

Perry was created by Karl Rove. To believe Perry really gives a damn about this invasion requires we believe Rove opposes it also. Judging by the records of both men, I would say no way.

U.S. Const. art. IV, § 4 mandates the Federal government protect states against Invasion. The Federal government has not performed.

U.S. Const. art. I, § 10 No State shall, without the Consent of Congress, lay any Duty of Tonnage, keep Troops, or Ships of War in time of Peace, enter into any Agreement or Compact with another State, or with a foreign Power, or engage in War, unless actually invaded, or in such imminent Danger as will not admit of delay.

U.S. Const. amend. X The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

All States retain the right to self defense. The Federal government has refused to provide for the common defense, the raison d'etre for the Federal government. The States must repel invasion or the people will.

Don’t say a word, Governor. Make a decision. Give orders. Take action. At this point, what would you lose for doing that?

You're right - Perry needs to act before this gets a lot worse. He has nothing to lose.
