RICK PERRY: TERRORISTS, GANGSTERS LOOKING TO EXPLOIT BORDER CRISIS
Breitbart ^ | July 3, 2014 | By Tony Lee

Posted on 07/03/2014 5:06:17 PM PDT by Jim Robinson

Republican Texas Governor Rick Perry warned members of Congress Thursday that transnational gangsters and terrorists are looking to exploit the border crisis, which he said endangers the nation's security.

At a House Homeland Security Field Hearing at South Texas College in McAllen, Texas, Perry said gangsters and terrorists can easily take advantage of the crisis at the border that has "strained the Border Patrol," which Perry said already has "insufficient" resources. He said because the Border Patrol now has to focus on the overflow of illegal immigrant children instead of on their "primary task," the border is "less secure than at any time in the recent past."

Perry said that "transnational gangs are seeking to take advantage of this situation," and the border is so porous that people from nations that have ties to terrorism can also sneak in as well.

The Texas governor also said that allowing the illegal immigrant children from Central America to remain in the United States is "not a more humane option" because it will "only encourage the next group of individuals to undertake this very dangerous" and often deadly journey.

"What's the next group of people?" Perry asked, saying that if the United States allows illegal immigrants from Central America to remain the country, then other nations with even more dangerous people may want to encourage their citizens to come to America en masse as well.

He said this "humanitarian crisis" will turn into a "monumental tragedy" unless the Obama administration sends a clear message that those who enter the nation illegally will be sent back.

"Secure this border, Mr. President," Perry said, calling on Obama to "finally address this issue" and "invest sufficient resources."

Perry keeps his powder dry.

This ain't no fooling around.

Obama has conspired with his allies in the CPUSA to effect an invasion of the United States.

Every single one of these degenerate parasites should be deported the first order of business when the right takes power in 2017.

Militarize the border with Mexico, minefields, the whole works. Put thousands of DC bureaucrats out of their do nothing jobs in Washington and have them patrol the border on foot. This criminal Administration and it’s high officials must be pursued and prosecuted by the right when it gets control of the DOJ. And instead of the next GOP POTUS just “blaming Obama” for his despicable acts, the right needs to INDICT Hussein Baraka and his minions.

While the custom of letting the crimes of past Administrations go unprosecuted has been the norm in the USA, these sons of degenerate whores are outside of that box,and merit prosecution with extreme prejudice.

Surrender monkeys should be seen and not heard!!

What is that supposed to mean? Because I believe Perry and other border Governors should quit farting around making speeches and waiting on Obama to do something, when they have the power to take action and secure the border themselves, I'm a surrender monkey?

Did the Founders politely ask King George to stop taxing them over tea and crumpets?

Then do something about it, Perry! You have the authority, use it! If you don’t you’re complicit.

I know but if WE trash the Constitution too, we’re no better then they are. It’s all we have Jim, that piece of paper is all that stands between us and the third world. We have to find a way to work within the law, there has to be a way we just have to find it.

That parchment isn’t going to stop us from becoming a third world country.

‘Defend the borders!! Repel the invasion!!’

Circa 2004/5 Freepers who predicted some sort of an ‘unarmed invasion’ would be mounted in the not distant future,if the damp Americans were not controlled, were subjected to relentless abuse and some were banned on this site. Well now that day has come. The POTUS and his merry men are deliberately ginning up the first wave of the soft reconquesta and there are more stages to follow.

Since the regime and its enablers, the republicants, are igmnoring that piece of paper where they choose to, how is that standing between us and the third world? Little bath house barry boy has been instructed to turn US into a third world gaggle wherever he can get it done.

Yes it is, as long as there are those of us who honor it. We may have to take up arms ourselves to protect our borders, only the states were admonished, not the people.

You are correct, sir. What he does in this situation will determine his future possibilities.

I grew up in the valley. 10 miles from river. My girlfriend works a mile from border. My ex lives by the river. My ex ex lives by the border. All my life has been by the border. PERRY IS A P.O.S. I WOULD NOT URINATE IN HIS BUTT EVEN IF HIS GUTS WERE ON FIRE. He stood on the border during reelection saying he would stop it. He is a P.O.S. RHINO.
Where are the TEXAS RANGERS?

Arizona lost one and won one. The one you are thinking of, that Arizona lost, does not apply to what Perry is thinking of doing.

If WE stop honoring it, you are right, all is lost and the Constitution becomes meaningless. No one hates illegal immigration more than I do, but I’m not willing to sacrifice the Constitution to get rid of it, I think we have to find a way that doesn’t involve destroying that which is most precious to us.

“It is often easier to ask for forgiveness than to ask for permission.”

- Grace Murray Hopper

These Governors should learn from their masters, stop the illegals then take the hit. Let the feds sue the state to stop their actions. As with Obama & crew, the illegal flow would have already been stemmed by the time the thing got settled in court so it would be worth it.

The Constitution is not a suicide pact.
Responding to critics of his decision to purchase the Louisiana territory, Jefferson:
“[a] strict observance of the written law is doubtless one of the high duties of a good citizen, but it is not the highest. The laws of necessity, of self-preservation, of saving our country when in danger, are of higher obligation. To lose our country by a scrupulous adherence to the written law, would be to lose the law itself, with life, liberty, property and all those who are enjoying them with us; thus absurdly sacrificing the ends to the means.”

In some Journalistic institute, plans are already well under way how the MSM will lie, once some terrible atrocity is perpetrated by Islamic terrorists who have changed their names to blend in with the majority Central Americans.

I think there is a legal way to do it, but they would have to do it quickly. Those are minor children, isn’t it the law to return lost children to their home as quickly as possible? There home certainly isn’t the US.

Dear Governor Perry,

You are one of two governors who can unilaterally call up the National Guard without fedgov approval. (The other is the governor of Alaska.)

Please do so.

Arizona Governor Brewer has the authority to proclaim an emergency and mobilize all or any part of the state guard or the unorganized militia into service of the state.

Ariz. Const. art. 5, § 3
http://www.azleg.gov/FormatDocument.asp?inDoc=/const/5/3.htm

Ariz. Rev. Stat. § 26-174.
http://www.azleg.state.az.us/FormatDocument.asp?inDoc=/ars/26/00174.htm&Title=26&DocType=ARS

Ariz. Rev. Stat. § 26-122.
http://www.azleg.state.az.us/FormatDocument.asp?inDoc=/ars/26/00122.htm&Title=26&DocType=ARS

Ariz. Rev. Stat. § 26-121.
http://www.azleg.state.az.us/FormatDocument.asp?inDoc=/ars/26/00121.htm&Title=26&DocType=ARS

Ariz. Rev. Stat. § 26-172.
http://www.azleg.state.az.us/FormatDocument.asp?inDoc=/ars/26/00172.htm&Title=26&DocType=ARS

N.B. Unlike Arizona SB-1070, these do not pertain to immigration but to a proclamation of an emergency and the protection of lives or property.

There is no reason for Brewer to stand by idly while the lives and property of Arizonans are threatened.

Inaction is complicity!
