BeneStream, created and backed by labor experts, is looking capitalize on an "intentional crack" in Affordable Care Act language by helping companies enroll low-income workers on Medicaid.
BeneStream will capitalize on a subscription service to employers that will analyze the pay of every employee, and then offer to enroll low-income candidates into Medicaid. Between 20% and 40% of employees at companies in industries like hospitality and home health care will qualify for Medicaid enrollment.
"It's both good policy and good business," said Andy Stern, a BeneStream board member and a former president of the Service Employees International Union.
Both Messrs. Stern and Geyerhahn were major proponents of the ACA before its adoption. Mr. Geyerhahn played a role in New York state as an adviser to Gov. Andrew Cuomo and as a member of his Health Benefit Exchange Regional Advisory Committee. Mr. Stern advised President Barack Obama on health care reform.

Businesses should also be open to hiring seniors on Medicare, as all they would have to pay is for a medicare supplemental policy addition. Seniors who are still ble, and who want to work, usually make dependable workers, with good work ethics.
This is part of a pattern that has been ongoing for more than a century, when GK Chesterton's brother Cecil partnered with Hilaire Belloc to spill the beans on Labor's dipping into the principle of running the government as a private franchise, something that had been the province of The Cecil Power, as noted by Bubba's favorite Georgetown professor, Carroll Quigley in The Anglo-American Establishment. This has been part of Obamacare central planning from the beginning: mega-groper insurance companies swallowing all smaller companies, in capito-socialist croynist central planning ultimately oriented toward getting rid of Medicaid as we know it in favor of Single Payer: "Hey, we screwed up this system and all others, you HAVE to go Single Payer now. Oops!"
SEIU reps showed up at my door uninvited. "Who gave you my address?" They had no answer when I complained about Andy Stern and Anna Burger's promotion of socially disruptive, sexually radical policies on SEIU members' dime. Mysteriously, their recruitment drive was unsuccessful.
Awesome, unwitting people duped into not having anything to pass on to their heirs afterwards as well. People need to know what they’re getting into and that is being obfuscated with a ferocity unlike anything I have seen before.
If you sign on to medicare/medicaid, you basically sign away your estate to cover the costs paid out for your care. If those costs are more significant than your estate’s value, then all of it is swallowed up and you have nothing to leave your heirs.
This is a simple way for the government to get and maintain control up to and beyond the grave.
Pretty sinister really...
