If Obama decides to ‘do’ totalitarian he’ll try to bring McCain on board... let’s wait to see if that happens...

He just might be pissed off enough and make that bold wrong move that clearly crosses the line.

“Make person health decisions for themselves”. While requiring someone else to pay for their personal decisions.

He has crossed so many lines already and has gotten away with it, but we shall see.

I don’t think the GOP will even try any more.

Remember, the NSA was listening to EVERYBODY. Lots of dirt.

What is odd is that while they were able to get to Roberts, he seems to have changed somewhat. Maybe he no longer cares, or he has some sort of leverage.

As I predicted on another thread, he is gonna slap companies who opt-out with some sort of a bogus fee and use that money to provide BC through PP or directly from the government.

This started with the Clinton’s contact political database where supporters and detractors are profiled and any pressure needed to be applied to them are customized.

They have a stable of ‘journalists’ who they have profiled so that they can always get some message out through some sympathetic journalist.

IT’s only going to get worse.

In Gallup’s annual survey of public confidence in a number of American institutions, confidence in the American presidency has dropped from 51% in June of 2009 to just 29% today.

I wonder if he is considering an FDR-like stunt and threatening to increase the Supreme Court to 15 members and load it with Marxists like himself and just finish destroying the Constitution.

The executive will do anything it wants.

I mean, what? you think your local police won’t enforce the gravy train of the fed against your, umm what? Whining pleas of “Hey the supreme court said this is unconstituional, let me go... don’t you care about the constitution?”!”

LOL give me a break. If word comes down to local PDs to enforce anything or make any move, they will, without thought. Thinking any idiot police officer has even the vaguest sense of what the supreme court did or did not say, and how it impacts their decision against directives is as ridiculous as expecting a 3 year old to understand why an architect needs to know advanced math.

All edicts not supported by the executive branch are basically a joke in the modern era of American governance. Local enforcement and leadership is too ignorant of constitutional law (or they don’t care), and too dependent on the fed for their $$$$$$.

•SUPREME COURT DECISION ON CONTRACEPTION COVERAGE JEOPARDIZES HEALTH OF WOMEN EMPLOYED BY THESE COMPANIES

How is this possible? It’s not removing a “benefit” that already existed. Will these women no longer be able to purchase birth control on their own, as they have been doing? Don’t tell me they have all been sitting by with their legs crossed waiting for their employers to provide them with birth control. Will hordes of women suddenly begin to scamper about engaging in risky sexual practices since their employers are not required to provide them with birth control? How have women suddenly, magically become endangered after this ruling?

One news site showed a protester holding up a NARAL poster that said, “My birth control is not my boss’s business.” Of course! But if you require him to pay for it, it will become his business, O clueless one!

"We will, of course, respect the Supreme Court ruling,” he added.

Apparently, in the language of His Divine Imperial Majesty Barackulus, "respect" and "ignore" mean the same thing.

White House press secretary Josh Earnest said women should be able to "make personal health decisions for themselves,” and called contraception "vital" to the health and well-being of women.

They can make any decision they want, but don't expect me to have to pay one red cent for any decision I disagree with on moral or religious grounds.
