Didn’t Obama just say he wants the US to be more like France when it comes to the labor market?

Ironic that China and Russia after immense suffering under socialism came to realize that productive capitalism creates the wealth and jobs that makes real social justice possible. The West, which was made wealthy by free enterprise, seems determined to ruin itself with socialism.

He did, and he got his wish; I think our unemployment has reached a new high as well.

Reforms didn’t work?

Perhaps they need to double down on the number of reforms.

More socialism will cure the problems with socialism.

The old USSR had their many 5-year plans, and they sure as heck worked very well. Perhaps France needs a whole bunch of 5-year plans. All at once.

But, with socialists, denial works best, and the only problem with socialism is that, the people won’t go along with it. So, it’s a people problem.
