It's a call nobody can make IMO on who is shooting who...but the political push is to blame Russia regardless.
Stalin did that to people who failed him, too. Putin’s just the blow-dried, new age version of that mindset. He’s a thug and a gangster statesman using propaganda and false promises to drive a wedge between people for his own personal gains, like Milosevic did.
