Presbyterian Church Votes 'No' on Protecting Babies Born Alive During Botched Abortions
Breitbart ^ | 6/25/14 | Dr. Susan Berry

The nation’s largest Presbyterian denomination has been busy these days. It has voted to approve same-sex marriages, to endorse divestment as a protest against Israeli policies toward Palestinians, and now has approved allowing babies to die who are born alive during botched abortions.

As Wesley J. Smith at National Review Online observes, the motion that failed to win approval states:

1. Call for the Presbyterian Mission Agency and member congregations to enter a two-year season of reflection upon the plight of children unwanted by human society, both born and not-yet born

Thank you God that my church stands for life. If I went to this church denomination I would have to leave. That's my opinion because I stand for life and vote for life.

So, how is the PCUSA any different than the DemonRAT party?

Does not look like they are different but then I know GOP/church going folks that are ok with abortion. Sad......I would not sit in any church that was not Pro Life. Wish those that are in those type churches would leave

PCUSA is trying to make up for lost ground in its battle with TEC (The Episcopal Church, formerly ECUSA) to see who can descend to Hell first.

God’s greatest blessing to a people is, “I will multiply thy seed.”

God’s greatest curse to a people is, “I will cut-off thy generations.”

Many people, even self-proclaimed “Christians”, are rejecting God’s blessing and volunteering for His curse.

The Presbyterian Church members should be made to watch an explicit video showing exactly what they just approved.

Anton Lavey (sp?) would have loved this Satanic church.

They abandoned the Scriptures as their authority long ago so this isn’t a surprise. When you cast doubt on God’s inspired and inerrant Word this is what eventually happens. Most PUSA people I know are pro-choice mush headed liberals. I don’t know why they even pretend to be Presbyterian anymore. They certainly don’t believe in the Westminster Confession.

I agree, I’m sad that they’re going this direction on abortion. Of all the issues, abortion should really be a no-brainer. I mean, sure, some people can feel somehow sympathetic to given relationships, but to feel sympathetic to a child that survived an abortion. I mean, come on!

I really feel like agreeing with you on that one. I remember seeing Jeff Head’s depiction, made me sick enough to be incredibly repulsed at the idea of abortion.

An apostate, hell-bound denomination.

The first step is always the apostasy of women clergy. Inexorably, inevitably, this apostasy will result in the apostasies of love for abortion and homosexuality.

Fortunately no one pays the slightest attention to what the Presbyterian “church” has to say about faith or morals.

Real churches don’t kill babies.

Once the Spirit has departed a church is free to believe anything it wants.

And it has no further reason to exist. Call the realtors.
