The smirk on his face was what got me.
He must have been advised to knock it off because he did much better in not smirking so much.
But .. as HEAD of the IRS, he is woefully inept at what the dept does .. and his constant statement that he didn’t know Lois Lerner .. was stunning. And .. he doesn’t even know what the laws are covering his dept.
