Canada’s government on Tuesday approved a proposed pipeline to the Pacific Coast that would allow oil to be shipped to Asia, a major step in the country’s efforts to diversify its oil industry.
The approval Tuesday was expected. Conservative Prime Minister Stephen Harper has been a staunch supporter of Enbridge’s proposed Northern Gateway pipeline after the U.S. delayed a decision on TransCanada’s Keystone XL pipeline that would take oil from Alberta to the U.S. Gulf Coast.
Enbridge’s pipeline would transport 525,000 barrels of oil a day from Alberta’s oil sands to the Pacific to deliver oil to Asia, mainly energy-hungry China.

It’s a good thing that oil is going to China and not to the USA. China needs jobs and industrial production. The US needs to protect the environment.

Because Canadian oil sold to China helps prop up OPEC export prices thereby providing the DNC continued campaign contributions.
Obama would rather have our $Dollars go to people that hate us than to our neighbors.
This cannot be emphasized enough.
And it's best that more oil go to the biggest polluter.

BS. No data or analysis shows that claim. Producer, maybe, exporter, no freaking way.

And the equivalent of cannon fodder that vote for Obama believe that.
so much for peak oil alarmists. They never contemplated fracking and in 50 years there will be another technology nobody is aware of today. Technology is a wonderful thing in a free enterprise system.
I find this confusing. When Governor Palin said, “drill, baby, drill,” the far left assured us that new production couldn’t change supply for 20 years. How is it that new production has changed supply dramatically in only a few years?

Most social engineering articles are about why The Federal Government is not forcing Businesses to “give” more jobs to people.
IOW, the “people” view a job as an entitlement that comes from the Federal Government forcing greedy businesses to “pay their fair share” so that everyone has a “living wage.”
The Reality is that the Federal Government is the primary restrictor of WORK that is allowed to be done in America.
The Federal Politicians in “both” parties speak of “getting the economy going again” while they spend themselves into bankruptcy 60 % into each Fiscal Year.
The Federal politicians in “both” parties speak of creating jobs, while paying the salaries of Regulators to write Regulations that restrict WORK that is allowed to be done in America.
Without an increase in WORK, there will be no increase in JOBS.
Those who oppose WORK thus oppose JOBS.
Right now, We, The Taxpayers, have 40 % more Federal Government than we can afford.
Right now, We, The People, have two political parties, the GOP-E and the Obama Democrats, that do not put the US Constitution to WORK.
