Crist went to work for mega trial lawyer Morgan.
Morgan spent Millions to put legalized Pot on the ballot.
I concluded Morgan was attempting to put something on the ballot that would appeal to Libs/Dems/Crist voters.
The Legal Pot initiative was a clever cynical ploy to get Dumbass Dope Heads to the poles (on an off year) to vote Crist.
It means Florida will be in the hands of the infamous ambulance chaser “Morgan.”
So sad, Scott is a really good conservative guy, but he has ZERO superficial “like-ability.”
My wife is the farthest thing from a political junkie you’d find, and she likes Scott. She says he comes across as honest and likeable.
I like the guy. I shook his hand once at a fundraiser, and he seemed to genuinely care.
And..., in further breaking news..., DOG BITES MAN! Any Floridians (particularly in the Tampa Bay Area)... if they pay attention to politics..., are well aware that Crist IS WHAT HE IS and always has been. Though he did enter a "Marriage of Convenience" as cover when he ran (unsuccessfully) for the Senate a few years ago!
A worthless political chameleon.....
Why aren’t they disparaging him for not coming out, and hiding behind his beard?
That’ve co-opted a perfectly normal word meaning happy. It won’t turn around for any other meaning for the rest of this century at least.
It is a negatve in my book. ‘That is so gay’ etc
I voted for Scott in the last election. I hate him now too for signing the bill to give in-state tuition to illegals. I won’t be voting for him again.
It's him or Crist. I'm glad I dont have to make the choice you have to make.
I know. I won’t be voting for either of them. I understand the consequences of my vote not going to Scott, and I understand that there is no “perfect” conservative candidate. Some things are forgivable, but catering to illegals is not one of them for me. In the meantime, a friend in Michigan has a daughter who wants to go to college here, but since they’re only legal citizens they’d have to pay more. GOP needs to get their stuff together.
I voted for McCain and afterward I said I wasn’t voting for a RINO again. I voted for Romney (with considerable nose holding) then said I wasn’t voting for a RINO again. When it comes down to Election Day, For me, it seems I can’t vote for the democrat enemy and can’t not vote...or vote for a third party as it feels like by doing that I am in effect voting for the Dhimmicrat.
Hopefully I won’t have to hold my nose when I vote for president in 2016 but I’m not especially confident that this vote will be any better than the past few election cycles.
Good luck with your choice in Florida.
