In yet another spat between the Bureau of Land Management and residents of a western state, Utah is suing the federal agency after it unlawfully foreclosed oil and gas leasing on unprotected lands. Utah’s litigation alleges that the BLM is imposing ‘wilderness criteria’ on lands outside designated wilderness and wilderness study areas. The Nazi’s think they can do whatever their “leader” will allow them to do. And in general they’ve been right about that...

Use eminent domain to take the land from the Federal government. The States can certainly claim an economic need for taking it.

I am actually against eminent domain laws, but it won’t change until the laws are used against the powerful.

The state should by eminent domain tell the Feds that a highway or a road needs to be placed in those areas, for public welfare and fire control, and by the way ? how about that, we can place drilling pads conventionality next to those roads.... God sure does work in strange ways.

Could a future president by executive order reverse all of these unlawful power grabs by the Nazi regime and what wild Bill did back in the 90s with all that clean coal ?

I’ve been wondering that, too.

If a president can make executive orders, why can’t a subsequent president make executive orders undoing previous executive orders...?
