Education: Oklahoma joins South Carolina and Indiana in opposing one-size-fits-all U.S. education standards that have turned schools into leftist re-education camps, with political statements masquerading as instruction.
Not as much attention has been paid to Common Core as has been paid to ObamaCare. But like the faux Greek columns in Denver at Barack Obama's nomination in 2008, they were supposed to be the twin pillars of his legacy. Both, however, are fake promises, Trojan horses for government control of key sectors of American society and our economy.
Five years ago, 46 states gave up a big chunk of their sovereignty by embracing a set of national teaching and education standards. Since the Common Core State Standards (CCSS) concept originated with a coalition of state governors, with the goal of setting a uniform standard for grades K-12 nationwide, the common belief was: What could go wrong?
On June 5, Oklahoma Gov. Mary Fallin signed a bipartisan bill to replace CCSS in English and math with standards to be designed by her state. She detailed what went wrong, a rising sentiment around the nation.

People need to demand that the School Board purge this nonsense immediately. If they refuse, get a new school board. if the State refuses to let them, get rid of the Governor and the Legislature. Let California, New York, and Massachusetts show what happens when you indoctrinate children.

Remember a short while ago, when the website issues came to light, that the libs and MSM kept calling it ‘The Affordable Care Act’? That didn’t last long. It had no ring to it plus I’m sure the sheeple didn’t know what they were referring to.
