Mark Levin: EPA Rule is ‘greatest power grab since Obamacare’

On Mark Levin’s radio broadcast on Monday, he referred to the new EPA rule being pushed by the Obama Administration for existing power plants to reduce CO2 emissions as the “greatest power grab since Obamacare.” This proposed rule, for existing power plants, follows another rule for new power plants.

Gina McCarthy, with very little media scrutiny, blatantly lied in testimony about the timing of a rule for new power plants “so that it would not interfere with the elections of Democrats.” There is no other way to say it. She lied.

The proposed rule for existing power plants was the subject of President Obama’s weekly address, and must be implemented and supported because pollution is racist or something, according to EPA Chief Gina McCarthy. The rule, which “could increase electricity prices by as much as 80 percent,” is the ultimate result of a ’Presidential Memorandum.’

Sue. Get an injunction and take it to the supreme court. Hopefully we take the Senate and House and figure out a way to get rid of the EPA.

This is the real reason Obamaslime and his handlers don’t mind and in fact are counting on the serious controversy surrounding Bergdalh’s release. Unless he gets impeached over it - fat chance he wins big time. All the scandals have been taken off the front page which is enough for them to effectively be neutralized and Obamaslime is free to kill and destroy and plunder more.

I knew that Nixon created the EPA, but I didn’t know he simply created it with the stroke of his pen - done simply one day by executive fiat.

I assume it can therefore be eliminated in the same way

Every state simply needs to refuse to shut down the targeted power plants. GA has two and I am going to send a letter to Nathan Deal our Gov protesting it. He needs to just say no.

Haha! I don't know which is funnier. Conservatives taking the Senate or getting rid of the EPA.

“Haha! I don’t know which is funnier. Conservatives taking the Senate or getting rid of the EPA.”

Conservatives cannot take the Senate this cycle. But Republicans can with a couple of new Conservatves.

It has been my contention in anything you do, if you want to affect change you need to be in the majority. Someone like Cruz can do more good for America if he is in the majority.

Like it or hate it, it’s just fact. Of course we have already passed judgement that if Republicans win the senate, they wil spend all their time accommodating the Democrats agenda. Granted, the perception is this is what will happen and politics is about perception.
