Chris Matthews Is Not a Fan of This Bowe Bergdahl Deal
MSNBC’s Chris Matthews doesn’t seem to have gotten the channel’s memo on the Bowe Bergdahl deal.
Many liberal pundits on his network have shown nearly lockstep support for the Obama administration’s handling of the trade of five Taliban commanders for Bergdahl, who’s been accused of desertion by many of his fellow soldiers. However, Matthews, usually a huge fan of the president, has sharply criticized the cost of the trade, the national security consequences of releasing dangerous “Johnnies” as he put it, the actions of Bergdahl himself and the legality of Obama’s action.
In his closing statement Wednesday night, Matthews called it a “nasty deal” that was “driven by our enemies,” and he’s clashed with numerous guests this week about their support for it.

The left will turn on Obammie the Commie now for one reason: to destroy Joe Biden. They will claim it is a team effort and while Obammie the Commie was one of the best presidents in our history, the TEAM took it a bit too far and we need someone like Hitlery, who has the same ideology...but who is more MODERATE, to take it from here.

I been watching itbut its nothing compared to The Morning Joe.
Mika turned against it many days ago and she and Joe are ripping the few souls on the show that might defend it.
Ezra Klien tried to defend it today and Joe yells at him “Hell yes I would leave him there” and “Hell yes he was a bad father telling to it was OK to desert", with Mika supporting him.
I DVRed the show and I couldn't pull away from much of it when playing it back, it was too rich.
They are really ripping Obama on this, and its day after day.
Oh boy. If Matthews ain’t happy with something Obama did, maybe WE need to reassess. We may have missed something. I am going to get out my magnifying glass and go over every story of the trade I can find. There has got to be something, anything.

Chris Matthews, the mainstream media, know that Obama has now made journalists PRIME target for hostage taking.
They’ve dutifully kissed Obama arse for five years and their payback is to watch their colleagues languish and/or die.
