He’s not in his right mind. I was with him at a funeral in Virginia several years ago and even then he was completely senile. His mouth was working on autopilot with no connection to his long-vanished brain. This is more of the same: the parts of his brain that monitor the appropriateness of speech and behavior have deteriorated. Just as they have in Biden, in fact, and perhaps for a similar reason, a cva or stroke.
