This week, on WMALs “Morning on the Mall” radio show with hosts Brian and Larry I was asked a simple question relating to the Taliban prisoner release and impeachment of the president. I responded yes that in this current case, the U.S. House of Representatives should file articles of impeachment against Barack Hussein Obama.
Now before all the detractors go apoplectic here, let me tell you about Article 2 signing statements, their intent, purpose, history, and usage, and the implications for the president’s impeachment.
Ladies and gentlemen, I submit that Barack Hussein Obama’s unilateral negotiations with terrorists and the ensuing release of their key leadership without consult — mandated by law — with the U.S. Congress represents high crimes and misdemeanors, an impeachable offense.
So I call upon the leadership of the U.S. House of Representatives; Speaker John Boehner, Majority Leader Eric Cantor, Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi to draft articles of impeachment as no one is above the law in America. The failure to do so speaks volumes.

Nixon was hounded out of office for far less, but with the media virtually being run from the White House that would never happen. I just pray Obama leaves office in 2016 and hasn’t by then declared himself dictator.

I know that, what's your point? The same result will happen with Obama that happened with Clinton. The Repubs had a bead on the bent one and couldn't pull the trigger. If the House impeaches, the Senate will just ignore or vote it down without discussion and everyone will be called "Racists".
Even if the Senate is Repub in 2015, the Rino's won't do it. We MUST elect more Tea Party or we might as well leave Harry in charge. I'm not sure people realize just how alone conservatives are these days. Some RINO's even spoke against Tea Party candidates and spoiled their chances so the Dem could keep the seat. This is nothing new. When 85 new Tea party House members took the oath, the yellow boner didn't even give any of them key committee assignments. No respect!
We must start figuring out the difference between a Republican and a conservative, they definitely aren't the same. Why are we being handed supposed candidates like Christy, Trump, Gary Johnson, Jeb Bush, Romney, et al? Palin, Allen West, and a half dozen others would run circles around these other chumps, but they might follow the Constitution and mess up the gravy train that has been built over decades.
Pissing in the wind. The house and senate are complicit. They’re just fine with an emperor so long as they get their share of the swag.

I would think nearly all the votes that Cochran got on June 3 in MS are the Jebbie 2016 primary voters too, enough to win a crowded field.
