For Democrats, EPA rules are as much about health as the environment

For many congressional Democrats, new regulations on power plants are as much about health care as they are the environment.

"The destructive effect of unrestrained carbon pollution is felt not only in rising temperatures and increased, more powerful natural disasters, but also in higher asthma rates in our children," said House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi

Democratic National Committee Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz said it was a "moral imperative that we bequeath to our children a healthy planet with clean air and water."

"As a mother, I’m concerned about the detrimental effects of pollution on our children’s health," the Florida congresswoman said. "Already, carbon pollution has contributed to increased asthma attacks among Americans, particularly among the African American and Hispanic communities.".

I wish the GOP would fight as hard for our values as the parasite progressives fight for theirs. If global warming doesn't work, move on to climate change. When that gets old, it's for the children.

I’m sure after Americans see a half billion $$$ of Tom Steyer’s scary adverts, they’ll be begging for the regs to be strengthened even more.

Bolshevik, it's about control plain and simple. Using biased, bogus statistics and lies to control Americans. Just another case of it takes a village idiot, and that idiots sole purpose is to destroy America.

The result of higher fuel prices is less mobility. The result of less mobility is fewer services available to rural areas. The result of fewer services in rural areas is fewer people in rural areas.

End result: more people in centralized areas (i.e. Cities) where they are MUCH easier to control.

All by design.

Not the health of the economy.

The only “health” that concerns the EPA is the health of Democrat coffers.

As long as Americans are willing - nay, eager - to exchange cash for horse sh*t, the EPA is on Easy Street.

As the people’s condition worsen, the left will demand more money to fix the problems. Do you need better medical treatment? You best tow the line and demand more from the rich.

If the demos cared about the health and wellness of Americans they would not be pushing the homosexual agenda or pushing the country into poverty. No would they be chasing doctors out of their trade with their insane “healthcare”.

I wonder if Biochemist Nancy can explain to us, how CO2, the main constituent of "carbon load" which makes carbon credits "necessary," causes asthma.

I got time.
I'll wait for the answer.

It would be cheaper to give kids pure oxygen, than kill our economy by killing coal.

You put the fear into the kids when they’re young - heat, rising oceans, mass extinctions, death, destruction, everywhere - then tell them CO2 levels are rising. That triggers the panic attack which brings on the asthma.
