Next shoe to drop with the Military health care is EXPRESS SCRIPTS. DOD MANDATED Tricare Life Retired Military to use them as of 4/14/2014. OR base Dispensary, which is NOT set up for Seniors needs. We are using a combo, 2 of hubby’s are not Base available, ES ordered, 2 weeks, 2 weeks for refills. Stuffed in the Mail Box by USPS. We have kids, teens in the neighborhood. They did NOT have to be PHOTO ID SIGNED FOR. Then you have meth makers or drug thieves out there. Won’t take them long to find out about the vulnerability of your meds.

Some genetic illness are race related. What worries me is the fact that 3 of my great grands are mixed race. Did they inherit a gene for one of them?

Just on my mom’s side, I’m Celt-Scot, German, English, and a smidgen of Cherokee, not enough to count. Dad was English and French, and God only knows what else. As no one has done the genealogy for his side.
