The compassionate move often isn’t what it seems. Obama’s unconstitutional and unilateral DREAM amnesty has led to a huge surge in illegal alien minors crossing into the US.
Since the Border Patrol was forced by Obama Inc. to begin sending minors to local relatives, the number of minors increased including children so young that their crossing is downright dangerous to them. Because of Obama’s pro-alien move, there are twelve-year olds making the risky crossing.
That’s what liberal “compassion” ends up accomplishing.
The Texas-Mexico border is being overrun by a surge of young illegal immigrants who are traveling alone. So much so, that Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson, earlier this week, declared a “level-four condition of readiness” along the Rio-Grande Valley area of South Texas. Unaccompanied minors have outstripped the resources of federal agencies responsible for managing border security and immigration.
Last weekend, according to a New York Times article by Julia Preston, the Department of Health and Human Services opened a new shelter at Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio, Texas. The facility will house up to 1.000 minors. Transfers of minors to the facility will be handled by both land and air.
Johnson told the New York Times on Friday, the influx of young immigrants has “zoomed to the top of my agenda” after he visited the McAllen, TX, Border Patrol station where he found many young children, one of whom was three-years-old. Johnson spent Mother’s Day at the McAllen Border Patrol station at the request of his wife. During the visit, they asked a twelve-year-old girl where her mother was. The girl replied she did not have a mother, but her father was living in the United States.

“We have to discourage parents from sending or sending for their children to cross the Southwest border because of the risks involved,” Mr. Johnson said. “A South Texas processing center is no place for a child.”
The only way to discourage parents is to stop creating a magnet. Obama created the magnet. The only way to turn it off is to abort the illegal DREAM amnesty and all talk of amnesty. Anything else leads to this.

While this is going on, FEMA has adopted new rules for Canadian snowbirds..Seniors that winter in the Southern sunshine and spend millions while consuming little public largess, are now limited to a maximum stay of 180 days per annum or pay double income tax, failing which they will be barred from U.S. entry. Many own property and are therefore being held at ransom. Crapping on retired Canadians who do not vote while pandering to illegal immigrant youth and promising them the rights of citizenship tells the tale.
I too have a dream that all illegals will go back home. Use the same laws that Mexico uses if you’re there illegally.
Meanwhile, there’s a U.S. Marine being held in a Mexican prison for making a wrong turn at the border.. Oh wait, that’s probably a false flag PSY OP event to justify 0bama’s recent release of 35,000 criminal aliens inside the U.S.
