If they think it keeps customers away, more power to them.
But I will bet hard dollars they find their same store sales trend downward starting now...
There are plenty of better food options to get an illegal alien to serve you food.
Not so long ago at all Chipotle was busted for having almost 100% illegal alien workers.
They were basically doing NOTHING at all to verify documents.

Some jerk starts showing his rod in a restaurant, I’m going to be in reasonable fear for my life and the lives of others.
I wonder if they’ll post signs? I also wonder if anyone will adhere to them. I know I won’t!
They call it “concealed carry” for a reason. Unless they set up a metal detector or hire some off-duty TSA agents, they’ll never know.
On the other hand, add Chipotle to those “self-defense-free zones” like schools and military bases and keep an eye out for the headlines about some cold-blooded murderer going on a rampage in one of their greasy establishments.
Did the complainers or the restaurant CEO or whoever made that decision hear of that shooting that happened at Luby’s? Armed people in your business might be a good thing.

Chipotle is not owned by McDonalds. It was once, but they sold it just before it’s national expansion.
