Scientists Rebut White House Global Warming Claims

A group of independent scientists, economists, and meteorologists has issued a pointed response to the scientific foundation of the Obama administration's claims that humans are drastically changing the climate by burning fossil fuels.

With expertise in multiple disciplines, including climate research, weather modeling, physics, geology, statistical analysis, engineering, and economics, the 15 signers make the case that the foundation of the White House National Climate Assessment (NCA) is a "masterpiece of marketing" that crumbles like a "house of cards" under the weight of real-world evidence.

The issue isn't really "global warming" per se, but the absolute nonsense that if there is a warming trend, man is causing it, the implied presumption in this whole "global warming" debate.

The implied or expressed presumption seems to be that if global warming does exist, then governments are automatically empowered and justified to launch Agenda 21 and commandeer individual's rights to "save the planet".

This presumption is a subset to the whole enviro-nazi/Agenda 21 non-scientific theory and agenda that at some point very soon, man will have somehow made the earth "unsustainable", again justifying governments to become totalitarian collectivist states in order to commandeer individual's rights to "save the planet".

These people have no solid scientific evidence of risks to "sustainability" even though they will blast you with a "wall of sound" about how correct the theory is. But it is nonsense. The earth is sparsely populated and vast areas of the earth that contain vast natural resources that have yet to be explored and tapped.

They're only guessing, and they use a lot of facts and figures to back it up, but in true collectivist fashion, they'll overwhelm you with detail hoping you won't notice their evidence, which may or may not be true, does not support their conclusions. So they're guessing.

Well, in that sense, I'm also guessing, but my gut tells me these atheistic (for the most part) Fabian, Progressive Socialists have an agenda of world dictatorship and this is part of that agenda. Truth doesn't matter to them. The ends justify the means to them.

But the truth is that God made the earth to ABSOLUTELY SUSTAIN a world filled with people. Otherwise He wouldn't have commanded man to "Be fruitful, multiply, and replenish the earth and subdue it and have dominion" over it (Gen 1: 28). After all, He made the world and obviously knows what's in it.

We are almost certainly in the last days and the truth is, the Bible points to global warming in the last days, but not this nonsense that man is making it warmer.

It would help to get non-agenda scientific community to show what REAL and REVIEWED scientific methods reveal about man's complicity. I know it's bunk but it would be nice to see some scientific proof to back it up.

One major problem with the claim by the AGW proponents that ‘the vast majority of climate experts think that the science is settled’ is that to be considered a climate expert, as defined by the AGW proponents, one cannot oppose the central AGW hypothesis.

Any senior scientists who disagree will be labeled pariahs, and risk losing their stature and funding; and, any junior scientists who disagree will never achieve stature (and quite likely won't get published or receive funding).

Just like the computer models they use as scientific proof, the system is tweaked to provide consensus in favor of the hypothesis they've already decided is true.

As new facts come into existence, the alarmists have to morph their facts to conclude their predictions. The language itself goes through metamorphoses almost weekly; global warming, climate change, climate disruption...the lack of hurricanes proves climate change, the polar vortex freezing us to death is proof of climate disruption, the So Cal fires are caused by global warming, you know. It does, however, seem to me that more of the sheeple are catching on to the scam and are ignoring the alarmists.

All due to something called “entropy”.

Now, one of the big, REALLY big, constituents of ANY study of atmospheric temperatures, and the entire earth, is water.

Water in some form, whether it is the liquid form, or as water vapor, as one of the constituent gases of the atmosphere, or as ice, the solid form.

Under Terrestrial conditions, all three forms of H2O can exist simultaneously at what is called “the triple point”, at 0 degrees Centigrade or 32 degrees Fahrenheit. While these forms may exist simultaneously, there is a vast difference in the amount of heat energy contained in each of the forms. Ice has the least amount of internal heat, water is formed when the ice has absorbed enough energy to physically turn liquid. Once formed, water has a vast capability to absorb heat energy, and water vapor is only formed when water has absorbed a vastly greater amount of energy.

Now water vapor, being MUCH lighter than most abundant atmospheric gases, primarily oxygen and nitrogen, rises in the atmosphere, and it gives up its absorbed energy by radiation to outer space, becoming very small ice crystals. We see these as cirrus clouds, high in the open sky, as very fine wreaths. The ice crystals, being now HEAVIER than the water vapor from which it was formed, falls to lower and lower altitudes, where it melts and forms very fine droplets, still heavier than the surrounding air, but still may be carried on various updrafts and prevailing winds, but which have absorbed a great deal of heat energy from the surrounding atmosphere. At some point, the droplets have condensed sufficiently to fall as rain (or variously, snow, sleet or hail), where the liquid evaporates and continues the cycle. Water is the huge engine that takes AWAY any possibility of “runaway” global warming.

All obvious to me, anyway.
