A federal judge in Washington has temporarily banned U.S. military officials from force-feeding a terror prisoner at the U.S. Naval Base at Guantanamo Bay, at least until she can review his medical records and screen videotapes of authorities forcing him to eat during his ongoing hunger strike there.
If U.S. District Judge Gladys Kessler permanently bars the military from forcing all hunger strikers to eat, the Pentagon would have to come up with a new way to secure the health and safety of many of the 150 detainees who are on hunger strikes.

What’s the point of this facility again? How much are we spending a year? Just put a bullet in the heads of these Islamists and dump them in the ocean.

Sounds like a potentially good outcome. Offer him an MRE every morning; if he eats it, offer another for dinner. If he doesn’t, put a fresh one in his cell the next morning.

Yup. Put a plate full of ham and a beer in the room daily. The attempt has been made to feed them. Government cannot account for religious sensibilities since they misunderstood islam by committing terror. Thus they are not true faithful muslims and cannot rely on it as an excuse.

Plug in a laugh tape and watch the muzlim bastards starve themselves to death. I think you can just about guaranty that as soon as the muzzies realized that no one cared and we were going to let them starve themselves to death, the hunger strike for 99% of them would be over in a heartbeat.
One less rag head to deal with, good things come in many different ways.
The problem with letting this one starve is that quite a few others would then jump on that bandwagon, with their lawyers visiting all of the media outlets and screaming at the evil Americans torturing the detainees by not providing them food. And the truth would somehow never be stated in any of the dire pronouncements.
So let them die.
They somehow would automatically enjoy the same rights that we have if they set foot on our shores. Don't ask me how, I'm not a Commie. They then would get what would probably be considered a condo in jail, and a good chef that would cook them all the halal food they can eat, plus a $1000 prayer rug to worship their child-molesting god, then over the course of numerous trials, they'd somehow be found innocent, released, and given a green card, which would somehow end up as permanent citizenship.
They should stay at Guantanamo, no matter the financial cost. Better keeping them there than letting them waltz into the country as what I know would assuredly be a Trojan horse.
