Not sure what you expected - that 7:5 ratio is about right. you know, i guess i should be grateful that he didn't cave in to 6:6 like Nancy wanted... i guess i am insane because i keep hoping he will take a bold stance and not give the Dems leeway... like 8:4 would have been bold... the Dems never try to be fair with the Repubs...
I'm not sure I agree with his break-down, but I can see his point. I just hope he's wrong, on this one.

So when Gowdy tackles the scandal like a “pit bull” and inevitably uncovers explosive information, Beck said the White House — and even some Republicans — will likely paint him as unreasonable and trying to “destroy all government.”
“The Republicans put Trey Gowdy in charge because if it works … and the American people do have the stomach for it, all the better,” Beck said. “The Mitch McConnells and the John Boehners of the world will say, ‘Yep, we did that, we’re tough.’”
