Drug merchants in Mexico and the United States have been able to slash the cost of meth in order to expand their customer base — a pound today is worth $8,500 to $12,000, down from more than $20,000 18 months ago. Small-time dealers who once sold ounces are now selling pounds because the price has dropped so quickly.

So, will I now be able to buy cold medicine without 3 form of ID and a note from my mother?

Amnesty is going to be so much fun. I can't wait until the cartels members become legal and branch out into gambling, loan sharking, prostitution and protection.
