Well said... I hope you aren't flamed for suggesting such. I mean... at some point a judge needs to adjudicate based on reason, not absolutes of zero tolerance, "and throw the key away" punishments.

I have a friend that works on false allegation cases. Many have involved minors that alleged sexual assault against their boyfriends to keep themselves out of trouble when their parents discovered they had sex. Bear in mind these are situations where the difference in age is 3 years or less with the young men being 17 -19 years of age and the girlfriends ranfing from 15 - 17 years of age. Context does have relevance. These guys weren’t pedophiles. In many cases the girlfriends made the first moves but the boyfriends were sent away to prison because the parents were so outraged and the girlfriends would not tell the truth. It’s a travesty to ruin their lives at such a young age.

I’m not one of those that believe a woman can say no after sex commences and THEN it becomes rape, not at all, but even a slut should be able to say no and not be forced. Your comment shows an astonishing lack of sense and wisdom.
