I think anyone who actually celebrates the Battle Against the French From Noon To 3:00 p.m. Local Time Monday Afternoon, should eat tacos. They definitely need a hobby.
One of my good Mexican friends says there are only three Mexican holidays; Mexican Independence Day, Cinco de Mayo and the day the new Chevys come out. Yes, not pronounced shevvy.
I eat Mexican food AT LEAST once a week, and one excuse to do so is a good as any, if one needs an excuse. Mexican food is King!
