Best way for the Pubs to counteract the Dems refusal to be on the Select Committee is to ask, " Why are you so afraid of asking hard questions? Do you fear the answers will reveal an inconvenient truth?"
And, also:
Is it really just 'playing politics' to ask why no one in the White House or the State Department tried to rescue an Ambassador under attack?
Or why the families of the dead Americans were told by our Secretary of State that the producer of a VIDEO and not the perpetrators of a terrorist attack would be brought to justice!

No threat just a warning. Lots of folks around the Clinton’s aren’t breathing anymore. I would never issue a threat.

...he better watch his back. At least if he wants to keep sleeping on top of the grass. Read that congressman and be wary.
THAT is a thinly-veiled threat MORE than just FRiendly advice. Don't get carried away please. You are needed too much around FR.

What I want to know is if this boycott shoukd happen (and it’s not a bad strategy) what will Boehner do?
In that event, could it even be a success at all without bipartisan participation, or will it bury the Republicans in a partisan carnival right before the midterms? I dunno...?

I don’t know what you are up to but it is no threat, not from me anyway. I don’t even know how you could read it that way. Have a good night FReepper and thanks for the advice.

What I was up to was trying to get you to see that you need to use more care in wording your posts on FR. Regardless your intention, your words could have be construed as a threat against a Congressman. Still could. Not everyone reading here is a FRiend. But I am. So, Goodnight.

The Republicans can ask that--but would the public ever hear it?
Remember the traffic cones in New Jersey--the media turned that into a scandal ten times bigger than Begnahzi without a scintilla of evidence tying Christie to it directly. Also note the media coverage of the IRS targeting of conservatives. The media is a powerful weapon on the Democrats' side.

No harm no foul. Have a good night. And let’s hope Godwy takes it to em!

Uh, pardon me for interrupting your Sunday evening rant Get real. Bonehead is a RINO and I'll wager that when the investigation, being conducted by two of his Ohio pals is completed, NO ONE will still be held accountable.
You can enjoy the endless pontificating.. my self I'm interested in someone doing something.
We've had Fast & Furious, Benghazi, IRS, NSA, and many more http://www.whitehousedossier.com/2013/08/01/obama-dozen-scandals-counting/
all of which NO ONE has been held responsible for.

Is it possible he has a mole (whistleblower) in the administration? That would be awesome.
Sounds very, very possible.

He’s keeping it under wraps for the same reason Arpaio and Zullo have not made public what they have.
They’re all intelligent and know how to run a criminal investigation.

Was thinking more in terms of POLITICAL ADS that aim FIRST at the American public's emotions(like the infamous Rat ad of granny in the wheelchair) before enumerating the more "egghead" attack on the administration's "policy failures".
The Dems are VERY good at using ads that create an immediate and strong gut reaction. We really need to do that, too.
AND, cut out those "shamwow" ads that aired a few months ago. They made the Tea Party and the Conservative wing of the party sound like used car or furniture warehouse salesmen.
AWFUL and an INSULTING to their audience's intelligence.

Valid concerns Verginius, I on the other hand tend to believe in the decency that millions of people possess.
When it comes to the violent death of an Ambassador, and 3 others, the desire for answers is strong.
There are those who want it buried, there are those who haven’t a clue, and then there are millions of others who have a basic idea that something very horrible went down, and those are the people who truly want answers.
I hold all those working so hard in my prayers, and Gowdy needs those prayers now.

This outta be good.
I hope Trey gets to run with this and the RINOs don’t play politics with him.
