Americanthinker ^ | 5/3/2014 | Rick Moran

Mississippi Rep. Bennie Thompson, who told a Nation of Islam radio show that Clarence Thomas was an "Uncle Tom," Mitch McConnell was a "racist," and all opposition to President Obama is based on the fact that he's black, refused to back down from those comments on CNN interview:

The left has nothing but name calling to further their agenda. They are bankrupt.

In a sane society, they would be recognized for the frauds that they are. Alas, they have too many disciples out there now.

Uncle Bennie, the House Butler of the Democrat Plantation. He first went to Congress in 1993 dirt poor. He's now worth over $20 million. You take away Bennie Thompson's district, Mississippi would be ranked 25-40th in every appreciable category, NOT last in all the good things and first in all the bad things like the image of our State.

After the 2000 census, Mississippi Democrat leaders went up to Uncle Bennie and asked him if he would let another district take some of his African-America population. His district is 63% black, and they were hoping to add more black votes to another district in hopes of picking up another seat. Uncle Bennie adamantly refused. As of now, Mississippi has 4 Representatives, and, you guessed it, the other 3 are Conservative Republicans.

I've been told by a former employee of the Mississippi Economic Council that Uncle Bennie wants NO business coming to his district unless he can get credit for bringing it there. The Nissan Plant in Gluckstadt was primarily the working of Governor Kirk Fordice and our U.S. Senators greasing the skids.

I’m glad the US is seeing the type of minority person that lives in the Mississippi Delta and Jackson, Mississippi. One trip to the State Legislature would convince a person that intelligence and education is missing in that area of the State. The Tobacco Settlement conjured by Ms State AG Moore also had the Black politicians of the state getting ten million dollars a year. Tell me where the money goes. Not only corrupt, they have no integrity or morals and is no wonder their brethren are spiraling into a morass. They play the race card when anyone gets close to exposing their corruptness and illegal activities. My bet is Mr. Thompson has something to hide and is into something illegal and is why he’s dealt the race card deck.

Speaking of bankrupt, much of Benny’s congressional district is bankrupt or heading that way. I live in North Mississipi, just south of Memphis. My town is thriving. Last week I had occasion to drive down to a large town in the heart of his district. Half of the downtown area was empty or boarded up. I mentioned it to a shop owner. He said his town was dying a slow death because there was very little a man could do to support himself there. All but a privileged few live off of the governent.

He has no idea how stupid, hypocritical and stuck in the past he sounds. Keep talking, old fool. You’re helping to put a face onto the notion of blacks who are proud rascists.

He’s a buffoon no doubt but his obstinance provides a chance to examine the unvarnished truth about Thompson and many like him: they have lived their entire lives believing that a double standard is a valid, positive thing. Like certain Supreme Court justices, they believe that skin color alone should determine one’s social standing, job opportunities, political viewpoints, musical tastes, etc.

In short, the most rabid Klansman couldn’t compete with such a shallow worldview.

all opposition to President Obama is based on the fact that he's black

Obama is more white than he is black and ALL opposition is a stupid statement. Yes, some may oppose Obama because he's half black but mostly it is opposition because Obama is an incompetent, blame America first, socialist.

Clarence Thomas was an "Uncle Tom"

I think that would make YOU a racist, Rep. Thomas. You say this about Clarence Thomas because he's a Republican which you equate to white party. What you are saying is no different than what Sterling said.

Mitch McConnell was a "racist,"

That may be true, I have not heard him say racist things-- perhaps y'all could record him, eh?

Kinda reminds me of the Clintons....they didnt have a pot to p** in back in Arkansas....now they're multi-millionaires.

These characters are dual personality politician/con artists--rank opporunistis and shakedown artists---using their elected offices and govt power to enrich themselves---they are experts at gaming the system.

Bennie Thompson first went to Congress in 1993...he was dirt poor. He's now worth over $20 million.

Time to mobilize the Bank Secrecy Act----to follow the paper trail of govt grant disbursements, and determine how govt monies changed hands under Thompson. Taxpayers demand to know the scope and dimension of government insiders ability to collude in sub rosa deals and who might be personally profiting. Shady banking transactions could be prosecuted under the (1) Bank Secrecy ACT, (2) RICO, and, (3) the Hobbs Act.

<><> L/E needs to examine Thompson's multiple bank accounts.

<><> Joint bank accounts might be used to facilitate the transfer govt funds from one account to another, and/or wo=ire-transferred offshore; <><> To cover their tracks, fake govt invoices might be created to show that money deposited into accounts was being used for legitimate govt purposes.

<><> Financial schemes scheme might be advanced by issuing phony statements of payments from financial sources that actually covered the transfer of govt funds for insiders' personal use.

===============================================

NOTE WELL Under the Bank Secrecy Act, banks are required to establish, implement and maintain programs designed to detect and report suspicious activity indicative of money laundering and other financial crimes. “The Bank Secrecy Act was enacted to protect the public from harm by identifying and detecting money laundering from criminal enterprises, terrorism, tax evasion or other unlawful activities,” the special agent in charge for Internal Revenue Service Criminal Investigation, explained.

=============================================

<><> L/E should get ahold of: (1) copies of Thompson's checks, (2) wire transfers, (3) account statements, (4) invoices, (5) bills, (6) delivery tickets, (7) correspondence including e-mail, contracts, loan agreements, and, (8) any other books or records. L/E should also explore (a) monies paid to brokers, sub- brokers, (b) family members, (c) mortgage brokers, (d) financial managers, and, (e) real estate agents, brokers, and developers.

<><> L/E should scrutinize his bank accounts for suspicious activites: (A) large deposits, (B) funds transferred from one account into another, (C) frequent requests for withdrawals.

<><> Bank records might also show diversions to secret LLC accounts, to money launder and to operate personal ventures---or to finance campaign activites.

Tax fraud can also be facilitated by withdrawals, gift cards purchases, credit card purchases and intra-bank transfers from foundation accounts into personal a/nd campaign accounts.

<><> A huge tipoff is whether bank withdrawals support campaign activities and luxurious lifestyle including payments for real estate, investment and stock holdings, jewelry, luxury vehicles, resort travel....... and gifts from luxury outlets for wives and mistresses.

Taxpayers demand the Bank Secrecy Act be used to prosecute govt fraud pronto.

=================================================

SAMPLE LETTER TO LAW ENFORCEMENT
Taxpayers are urged to notify the FBI now.
FBI TIPS PAGE https://tips.fbi.gov

SUBJECT: Collusion, conspiracy, and bribery
IN RE: financial irregularities
REFERENCE: govt fraud, falsified documents, wire transfers, accounting fraud, etc.

NARRATIVE Taxpayers demand to know the scope and dimension of multiple conspiracies by government insiders to collude in sub rosa deals to personally profit. Could be prosecuted under the Bank Secrecy ACT, RICO, and the Hobbs Act.

OF INTEREST TO LAW ENFORCEMENT the FBI should interrogate individuals for evidence of multiple schemes to falsify documents to further insider schemes. The FBI should investigate any and all official documents submitted by Thompson and/or his constituents.

Crimes might include---conspiracy. collusion, falsifying offical documents (a felony), money laundering, tax evasion, extorting taxpayers, theft of govt monies, misuse of public office and government positions.

And study Thomson's personnel and his own tax returns with a fine-tooth comb.....especially entries for "interest income."

=========================================

DID HE FALSIFY OFFICAL GOVT DOCUMENTS?

Falsifying Government Documents involves altering, changing, or modifying a document for the purpose of deception.......can also involve forgery and/or passing copies of false documents. Falsifying documents is usually done in connection with broader criminal aims, such as extortion, government fraud, tax evasion, money laundering, financing terrorism........

Types of documents commonly falsified may include:
◾Tax returns and income statements
◾Personal checks
◾Bank account records
◾Business record keeping books
◾Immigration documents (such as visas, passports, etc.)
◾Identification cards and birth certificates

Many different types of acts can be considered as falsifying a document, including:
◾Altering or misrepresenting factual information such as prices or monetary amounts
◾Stating false information when requested to provide truthful statements
◾Forging a signature
◾Using official letterheads without authorization
◾Concealing assets or property WRT obtaining federal/state grants))
◾Knowingly using or distributing a fake document

A person can only be held criminally liable if they are deliberately acting with the intention of deceiving or defrauding another party.

Falsifying documents is a very serious offense and is generally classified as a felony. This means that a person charged with falsifying documents may be subject to the following legal penalties:
◾Having to pay a monetary fine
◾Incarceration in a prison facility

Depending on the gravity of the offense, as well as individual state laws, falsifying documents can result in a prison sentence of 5-10 years. Also, if government documents or authorities were involved, the legal penalties may be more severe. ..... legal penalties may increase with repeat offenses.

The penalty for falsifying government documents is outlined in the Crimes Act of 1958.
