The bigger picture presents a MUCH different story, and it goes back to Obama’s aborted attack on Syria, as I have stated many, many times.
Putin isn’t front-running events, he is reacting to them.
And then taking advantage of them. He is outsmarting the Alinsky cabal at every turn.
