Ralph Nader on Tuesday said President Obama has committed impeachable offenses dating back to the United States' effort in 2011 to create a no-fly zone in Libya.
Nader, who has previously called for Obama's impeachment, said Congress would not take up articles of impeachment at the time of the Libya mission because it has “abdicated” its responsibility in matters of war.
"Libya was the most egregious violation of the Constitution by President Obama," Nader told ABC News-Yahoo News. "He attacked Libya with European nations without a declaration of war, he didn't ask Congress for an authorization of funds. He didn't get an appropriation of funds from Congress. He found a billion and a half dollars somewhere in the Pentagon budget. That is an impeachable offense flat out."
"The reason why Congress doesn't want to do it is because it abdicated its own responsibility under the Constitution."

It’s because we have a Congress full of Democrats who think no more of the Constitution than they do toilet paper. Half the Republicans are the same way.
I would like to see the KGB file on Nader. A Czech STB defector in the 1970’s said that the KGB was targetting Nader for possible recruitment as an asset.
Who knows? He went “red” in the 1990’s when he ran for President on the “Green Party” ticket with avowed communist Peter Camejo, once a key leader of the Trotskyite “Socialist Workers Party” and then a leading member of the marxist “North Star” movement/publication, among others.
Nader started out his career with a major lie (and not exposed by the MSM) about the Corvair, and continued to gain credibility while he attacked the American free enterpise system.
What does the KGB have on him that we should know about? Just asking.

With each passing day that the US House Members does not replace Speaker Boehner, Speaker (?) Johnny Boehner continues to be THE Poster Boy for what is rotten in the formerly GREAT Republican Party, and the current US House of Representatives.
Where’s Nader been? Now that Obama is a lame duck he sticks his neck out and says Obama should be impeached. Kind of a cowardly act, I MO. Would have meant a whole lot more if he made this declaration at the time.

That is true, but when I first saw the article, I thought Nader was talking about the 4 dead Americans, as bring the reason for impeachment. He is correct, that the congress has abdicated its responsibility. Who knows why, maybe they fear he has pigment protection.

I noticed myself a sort of paradigm shift occurring sometime in the ‘90s maybe. Before that American values and our sense of uniqueness in the world seemed to matter even in the mind of Democrats. But you’re right they have changed, like they’ve all become zombies of the 60’s America haters. I know some of them, however; and it’s not like they hate America as much as they’re loyal to those that hate America, for some reason I can’t explain.
