Different tools for different things. Most times I will take a bolt action rifle. There was a time in SE Asia when I would of loved to be able to hold two M2’s and never run out of ammo.
I've had a few bolt actions.... A couple years ago I had a Model 70 bolt action Winchester .270...that was a fine gun. Got a Model 88 Winchester lever action .308 now...Love it.
Both guns fine....shooting rifles.
I'm a bit torn on what I like best in caliber....308. .270. 7 mag, 300 mag...I've shot them all...and like them all. What do you like,,and why?
