The GOP is useless. Plus they have these drones at the National Review providing cover for their nation-wrecking shenanigans.

It has become the beltway vs. main street. I’m done supporting those who will not defend my constitutional rights. Romney was my last GOPe vote. It’s been one slap in the face after another from the beltway GOP since 2012. They have shown zero interest in being an engaged opposition to the obama agenda. Thus, they have become part of it.

This little tantrum is more proof John Boehner and the rest of the GOPe do not want our support if that requires governing in a conservative manner. It couldn’t be more clear.

How do the writers explain the FACT that immigrants overwhelmingly vote for the party of big government,

They are not interested in explaining anything. Now we get these totalitarian buzz words from BOTH parties trying to shut down the debate. The kenyan has brought real Fascism to our shores.

That “huddled masses yearning to breathe free” model is as anachronistic as spats and buggy whips. Today’s immigrants have no desire to assimilate or be productive. They are simply here to harvest the benefits of our successes.

We gain nothing from them except cheap labor.

Bingo. And how many of these tech firms use fraudulent H1B visa scams or are just fronts for outsourcing tech work?

When Italian immigrants a century ago founded firms that used intense personal and family loyalty to break the law, we called these 'firms' the Mafia.

Canada has a government that boosts natural resource extraction and doesn't act to strangle all business activity.

The rule of thumb in the US is no permit for you without a contribution to the Democratic party or a consulting contract for their buddies, and if you support the political opposition, look for extra 'inspections' and audits.

Just like Peron's Argentina.

Ah yes, the bliss of immigration. Sadly the National Review doesn’t have to deal with the immigrants. It just gets to publish propaganda non-stop.

We desperately as a nation need to stop almost all immigration for twenty to thirty years.

We have 25% unemployment. We have regions in this nation that resemble nothing of our own culture. We have regions where our own language isn’t spoken.

Assimilate what we have here now, and then lets move on. And when we do move on, lets use far more common sense than what we have exhibited over the last fifty years, especiall the last 20. What’s going on right now is anything but healthy.

We know that we’re not going to deport all of these people.<<

Just how do we know that???...assumptions??

With the right “incentives” illegals will self deport quicker then a speeding bullet....Call it “illegal flight”...similar to “white flight” in the inner cities

[ A sustainable birth rate replenishes our country better than immigration. ]

Agreed, because the population we raise as children can learn about such concepts as liberty and natural rights where as someoen coming from a country that doesn’t have them will be at a disadvantage.

If you ever want to make a liberal angry ask them what percentage of immigrants per total population is the limit when it comes to keeping the culture of the the country intact in perpetuity. They will start stuttering about how you cannot put a number on such things, but in fact you can, if a country goes over this limit and stays there too long it will cease being a country.

Also ask a liberal what happens if all countries adopt open borders how in 200 years there will be any distinct cultures for multicultualism to “protect”. They again will stutter like a blithering idiot.

Ah, but they DON'T WANT TO KEEP OUR CULTURE INTACT.
They want it destroyed, because it's based on Christian ethics and morality.

Except that free speech thing. They are not too hot towards that. Freedom of religion is low on their list also. See Mark Steyn for example. Other than that I guess they are ok. Oh, they don't know what bacon is.
