It's Not Just Frozen: Most Disney Movies Are Pro-Gay
The Atlantic ^ | APR 23 2014 | AKASH NIKOLAS

The culture warriors have decided: Disney’s Frozen is queer. Elsa hiding her ice-powers could be read as a metaphor for the closet, the Oscar-winning “Let it Go” plays like a coming-out anthem, and a character in the film evokes the question of whether homosexuality is a choice by inquiring of Elsa’s powers, “born with it or cursed?” Some liberals have praised the film for its subtext; some conservatives have denounced it.

Frozen: Too Cynical? In Defense of Prince Charming How Parents Can Turn Frozen's Big Twist Into a Teachable Moment But the most remarkable thing about queer readings of the film may be how unremarkable they really are. Through both its corporate practices and the content of its films, Disney for decades has implemented the so-called "gay agenda"—which is to say, helping make the world a more accepting place.

To start in the most obvious place: As a business, Disney has long held a progressive attitude toward LGBT people. Gay pride events have been hosted at Disney World since 1991, and the company started offered its gay employees health insurance benefits for their partners since 1995, a decision that wasn’t entirely popular back then.

There was a “gayness” about Disneyland Anaheim back in the 1970’s, which is when we quit going. They may have started their blatant gay welcoming agenda in the ninties, but it was evident in the seventies.

After watching Frozen, I felt an unusual attraction to snow monsters.

See? That proves that Frozen is promoting bestiality.

so.... lemme see if i get this right...many disney movies feature a kid who is being picked on or otherwise outcast. and if so, then they’re automatically gay! like is the the only reason kids are picked on or otherwise outcast?

Hmmm born with it or cursed..that is not the question..

The question is it a curse, blessing or neither.

So if your are gay..what do you lose what do you gain?.if the world was gay what would the world lose what would it gain..
..
Is gay evolution progress or destructive defect?.

Give me its reason.

I’ve always read it was a metaphor for autism, which I see more than a gay agenda, but it is Disney, and they are “evolving.”

Give me a break. You can read gay undertones into everything... if that is your intent.

No kidding.

Funny you would think the mind and bodys gender and gender preference should be in agreement not in conflict...

I know a graduate student who wrote about homoeroticism in Ren and Stimpie. She was trying to turn it into a dissertation. I do not know if she succeeded. I think such work is nonsense, but she actually made a compelling case. How this fits into an English department is beyond me.

Calling Frozen homosexual propaganda is like calling Harry Potter witchcraft propaganda. It’s claims like these that the left takes and then exploits to make us look foolish.

Haven’t seen it (and don’t intend to), but exactly which HCA fairy tale? Assuredly not the Snow Queen!

Saw the movie. Thoroughly enjoyed it. It is a different kind of love story, in that the love of family and not romantic love is emphasized. In fact, it pokes a lot of fun at the “love at first sight” and “Prince Charming” premise of other Disney movies.

“Disneyland: The homo-est place on earth”

David Neuman, the former President of Disney TV, is lashing out at the man who accused him of sexual molestation ... calling the allegation “disgusting.”

Michael Egan — now 31 — claims Neuman, “X-Men” director Bryan Singer and others repeatedly raped him at pool parties in L.A. and during vacations in Hawaii when he was 15, and Egan claims it went on for 2 years.

Neuman has responded to Egan’s lawsuit — filed Monday — by saying, “The disgusting allegations made against me are COMPLETELY FALSE.”

Neuman goes on to say it’s “sickening, and very evil, for anyone to lie like that, let alone in a legal document.”

Neuman vows to fight the lawsuit tooth and nail.

The question is it a curse, blessing or neither.

I know quite a few gay people and before the movement began most were happy to be in the closet like Rock Hudson and half of Hollywood and Broadway entertainers. Most of them were extremely talented in singing, playing musical instruments, and dancing. They were always popular with the girls. Most were conflicted and ashamed but became successful in their careers. So I would say that most felt cursed but were blessed by their talents.
