President Obama Encourages Democrats to Defend Obamacare: 'I Do Not Think We Should Apologize'

President Obama proudly promoted record Obamacare signup numbers Thursday, boldly calling for Democrats to defend the law.

"I think that Democrats should forcefully defend and be proud of the fact that millions of people like the woman I just described, who I saw in Pennsylvania yesterday, we are helping because of something we did," Obama said. "I do not think we should apologize for it. I don't think we should be defensive about it."

When questioned by reporters, Obama dismissed the idea that the law was deeply unpopular.

How do you defend policies that lead to thousands dying prematurely because of problems that were not addressed in a timely manner?

Because the cumulative effect of the denial of care to hundreds of thousands of patients under Obamacare is going to vastly dwarf the sources of early death from almost every other source short of wholesale genocide. The death count may one day be as high as the wrongful early deaths that may be attributed to late-term abortion.

“Saving lives” is going to become a meaningless concept, unavailable to the vast majority of residents of that territory once known as “the United States of America”.

And that is before the Independent Payment Advisory Board, or IPAB, a rationing body equivalent to a death panel, is fully operational.
