An easy claim to make when you’re in prototype. But to actually build a functional vehicle that is street legal and can be sold at that price point is another matter.
Frankly, if it were that easy, everybody would be doing it. This form factor has been tried and failed at least a dozen times.

You’re correct...you couldn’t assemble the team of lawyers this is going to require, for $6800. per vehicle.
People will actually believe that somebody can come along and do what a major industry does with millions of people and trillions of dollars better for a third the price because ... that person is just so much brighter and more committed than anybody who has come before.
If your first step in any process is to declare that everybody who came before you was an idiot and you rejecting everything about the past and making a completely fresh start, you’re going to get nonsense like this.
Another criminal element with taxpayer’s money. Smith Electric Vehicles should make vehicles that Americans would buy.
