Isn’t that up to Eric Holder and the Just Us Department?

Next AG can get her. Next administration can get her.

But pardons can help her. But they cannot help her against civil actions. If they do get pardons, there will be hell to pay on the Dem side - but if the pardons come thru, civil suits is where she, and Holder, will pay dearly. I hope they live on the streets and eat farking bugs to survive. I'll make sure to take a trip to DC just to knock the begging jar out of their hands and piss on their money. I'll eat food and throw those demons the wrappers.

George W. Bush refused to prosecute Democrat crimes under Clinton. However his administration did appoint a special prosecutor to go after Scooter Libby and his Justice Department prosecuted Ken Lay of Enron (a big GOP contributor) as well ad Jack Abramoff (a big GOP lobbyist).

If a Democrat wins in 2016, there will be no prosecutions of criminal activity in the federal government under Obama. If a Republican wins in 2016 there will be no prosecutions of criminal activity in the federal government under Obama. There is an unwritten rule in Washington that you don’t prosecute members of the past administration when it was a different party.

Likewise, if the Republicans win the Senate in 2014, Harry Reid and the Democrats will scream for restoration of the filibuster citing the long standing tradition of the Senate. Likely McConnell, McCain, Hatch, Collins, Alexander and Graham will agree.
