I had Firefox instead of Chrome. Below are the steps I used to move the bookmarks over to Oprah. Its possible Chrome has a similar bookmark export feature. Opera wanted it to be a HTML file if you have that option.

Step 1. In FireFox Open bookmarks up to show all bookmarks. At the top is “import and export;” Export bookmarks to an html file you can find. I did mine on desktop in a folder called Bookmarks.

Then in Opera get Bookmarks Manager extension. Install it. It will ask for bookmarks to import. Locate the HTML file you created and import it. You end up with a option far right top corner that you click on and all your bookmarks are there.

Is there a way to get a bookmarks toolbar in Opera? I dislike using a pull-down menu every time I want to use a bookmark.

Mecghanicos, I added the bookmark extension and used your method of exporting from Chrome and importing to Opera. It’s not an elegant bookmarks extension, but will do. Thanks.
