Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenuk said during a cabinet meeting. He added: "Russia has not succeeded in conquering Ukraine with military aggression, so now they are opting for an economic aggression." Ha, I nailed it weeks ago this was going to happen. Wait until the EU gets their new rates from Putin. They don't like it, he'll shut 'em off.
