Interestingly enough, the False Prophet, a lackey of the antichrist in the Bible is said to work wonders--
"And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire (lightning) come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men."
Gee, I wonder how he is going to do that?

The False Prophet would have used magical powers, “great wonders”.. Lasers are not magic. They are in every CD or DVD drive.

Or, it could just be more cool high-tech engineering.

I just find it interesting that the technology exists in theory to allow someone to pretend to be a very effective god. It’s what I would use.

I believe the first time lightning was guided (on purpose) was back in the 50s with the exhaust contrails of sounding rockets.

Using a stealth satellite and a beam invisible to the naked eye, 99% of the population would kneel on the spot.

Oh wait, I’d throw in some cool hand gestures to begin with, like Magneto

Go stand out in the middle of a flat open field during an electrical storm and hold a metal pole over your head, you’ll control lighting too.

And bears! Bears with laser beams in their eyes! That would be so cool!

Yes. And now they use rockets that trail a thin wire.

Most people wouldn't even pay attention. This isn't the bronze age. You have to do a LOT to get people's attention these days. Ask any advertiser.

Unless you are carrying a 6-iron. Because even lightning can't hit a 6-iron.

That’s the satanic reason behind importing in millions of third-worlders to the West. Guaranteed kneeling and amazement. No questions asked.

“And he doeth great wonders, so that he maketh fire (lightning) come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men.”
Of course his great wonder was actually created by God and is being redirected. Stolen great wonder.

Not if they've been here more than a week. Not everyone is as gullible as you are.
