Palestinian Religious Leaders: Jews Must not Pray at Kotel
Virtual Jerusalem ^ | 3/27/2014

The Palestinian Authority (P) Minister of Religious Affairs Mahmoud Al-Habbash and the former Chief palestinians want soverignty over western wallJustice of the PA's Religious Court both recently declared that the PA's Islamic belief and political position is that Jews are prohibited from praying at the Western Wall of the Temple Mount. Palestinian Media Watch has documented that the PA denies Israel's history and rights in Jerusalem, but these statements by top religious leaders go even further.

The PA claims that the area of the Muslim holy site, the Al-Aqsa Mosque, includes not only the mosque itself, but extends over the entire Temple Mount and includes Judaism's holy site - the Western Wall, or Kotel.

PA Minister of Religious Affairs Mahmoud Al-Habbash:

"Jerusalem is religion's trust and history's trust in the hands of all Muslims, in the hands of this Ummah (Islamic Nation)... The Al-Buraq Wall (i.e., the Western Wall of the Temple Mount) is an authentic part of the Al-Aqsa Mosque only." [Official PA TV, Dec. 6, 2013] Sheikh Tayseer Al-Tamimi, former Chief Justice of the PA's Religious Court

I keep saying that until Israel nationalizes all religious sites, they will be endlessly pestered by those nations and religions that claim they own a piece of Israel as their sovereign territory.

Once they nationalize all religious sites, they can be very generous about lease terms, except they are all conditional on good behavior. If they incite trouble, they lose their lease.

OK, but the Temple Mount should never be “leased”. It’s time to build the Third Temple!

Move them out to their Muslim countries of origin - or any of the 57 Muslim lands.

I’m advocating what might be feasible for the Israelis. The nationalization trick might have a lot of effect, because that is what the Saudis do to the Wahhabis. That is, if they cut up rough, they threaten to turn mosque management in Saudi over to the Sufi (not Salafi) sect. The very idea of this frightens the Wahhabis into incontinence.

In that the Wahhabis that run al-Asqa cannot control themselves, if it was nationalized, the Israelis could turn it over to the Sufis, and it would create something of a civil war in Islam, far outside of Israel.

While the Sufis are far less violent, and more mystical, if the Wahhabis tried to persecute them, there might very well be a lot of dead Wahhabis, because a lot of other Islamic sects are fed up with the Wahhabis as well.

As far as the third temple goes, a lot of the Israeli government are dead set against it, because it would create enormous turmoil among Jews. Not something they want to deal with while they face an existential threat.

Hanging in there. Hoping to see the Third Temple built in my lifetime. Lots of things happening. What infuriates me the most is the way the world governments have bowed down to Islamic demands, I mean, even after 9/11 our government bends over to them. They’ve killed 3,000 people on 9/11 and the government bows to them. What would have happened if it was the same result on 12/7 - Pearl Harbor. Would we have gone all “oh, we’re so sorry, did we offended you?”

But only on the defeat of Israel. Which will not happen. Islam has no idea of what they will inherent.

Israel will accept peace on the UN’s terms. Then when she thinks she’s safe all hell will break out. Then Messiah comes back to save her. We looked for a conquering Messiah thousands of years ago. It was the Suffering Messiah that came that we didn’t recognize. When Yashua returns as the conquering Messiah, THEN Israel will be saved.

No surprise there. I think many end time prophecies can be explained if you assume that Anti Christ will come from “Assyria”.
