They use condoms to (try to) minimize the spread of disease through buggery. It’s not very successful. I am told (by medical professionals) that buggery stresses condoms beyond their design limits.

The FDA announced that Anal Sex is so dangerous it should never be practiced with or without a condom. I’m surprised the Southern Poverty Law center hasn’t labeled them a hate Group yet.
