I hope this is not considered breaking news. We have Israel, which is full of beautiful, strong women, many with military experience, and it is surrounded by countries in which women have a significantly lower status than the men who own them.

A list of societies that were "best for women" is the list, 50 years later, of societies conquered, with the men slaughtered, the women raped or willingly submitting, and the children enslaved.
A society filled with manly men skilled in the arts of war will never make the "best for women" list - although it should.

Israel is a very good country for women, yes, but saying its the best place in the middle east for females sure ain’t saying much (considering how women are treated in most of the Islamic nations!).

Not to get negative but Israel has the largest population of prostitutes in the middle east as well.
