No white, straight, Christian women allowed....AT ALL!
Next:
Each must posses at least one minority and one deviant trait, to qualify for membership.
The deviant trait is necessary to protect against the possibility of the occasional conservative nature of a member of a minority.
It could be done. Only one way I can see.
Divide state into 100 districts (or whatever number). Each district has two seats. One for which only men can run, the other for only women.
So at each election, a Democratic man would run against a GOP male for the male seat, and a Democratic women against a GOP female for the female seat.
It would work. Kind of stupid, but it could be made to work.
Then instead of the media reporting on the 97th district rep as (R), it would be (R, F).
And they call Montana a conservative state. LOL!!!!
This is dumb and stupid because it is not implementable! This would mean either the state gets to choose who can be on the ballot or who will be “accepted” after voting. Either way, the people will be robbed of whom they want representing them - the government does not get to decide that.
Insanity.
I bet this was driven by the women, even though it could come back to bite them (if they were majority). This is an “equality” thing, now the LGBT crowd will be demanding 20% of the seats too, this is far too hetero-normative!!!!
Maybe if you lose because of a quota you could decide to “turn gay” and have the sexual identity of the opposite sex. Would you then be ok?
Do these people actually think it through? ...head hurts.
After all, we have had such good luck with quotas and affirmative hiring........spit
