Lindsey Graham challenger calls SC senator "ambiguously gay"

COLUMBIA, SC — Four of U.S. Sen. Lindsey Graham's announced challengers in June's Republican primary pledged support for each other Thursday if any of them end up in a runoff with the Seneca incumbent.

But a news conference announcing their alliance on the State House steps took an unexpected turn when the most minor of the candidates, Dave Feliciano of Spartanburg, took the podium and called Graham "ambiguously gay."

Feliciano said, "It's about time that South Carolina (says) hey, We're tired of the ambiguously gay senator from South Carolina. We're ready for a new leader to merge the Republican Party. We're done with this. This is what it's about, all of us coming together and saying, one way or the other, one of us is going to be on that ballot in November."

That's right, force his hand, have him admit whether he is really gay or not or drop out of the Republican primary.
Or no matter what happens just announce he won't be running in the 2014 Republican primary.

Yes Sen Graham, we want to know if you will openly admit whether your gay or not.

oh, yeah. let’s pick that guy. </sarc>

he’s got “second coming of todd akin” written all over him. it would be hard for a republican to lose SC, but someone with that little self control over his mouth could do it.

Rand Paul made a comment that he didn’t think Obama’s views “could get any gayer”. http://abcnews.go.com/blogs/politics/2012/05/rand-paul-says-he-didnt-think-obamas-views-could-get-any-gayer/ I guess this in SC is much more different.

I'm sure he meant figuratively gay not literally.

Well how 'bout that !

Better mark the calendar .. semi-agreed with a dhimmi about something today .. not the 'ambiguously' part, though.

One can only wait--but not with baited breathe--to see what Senator McCain will have to say about this attack on his principal Senate supporter.

I have no use for Lindsey's refusal to defend traditional values, but I will give his masculinity--or whatever--the benefit of the doubt! What is certain, is that he is no ideological kin to the great Conservatives whom South Carolina has provided in the past.
